Wee Will Doodle
Tina | October 12, 2008Before I blog about what happened in the Be Inspired art exhibit at WCC, I want to write about a group of doodlers (I don’t even know if this is a word!) that I first came across during the 2nd Philippine Blog Awards last month. During the awards, I noticed a blank white wall being prepared by the organizers. Then, as if on cue, the group Wee Will Doodle, stood in front of the wall and started to doodle. My daughter Pat and I even had our picture taken in front of their work!
In the Be Inspired art exhibit, the doodlers tried something for the first time. They placed empty canvasses on one panel. I was excited to see what they were going to do. Of course, they didn’t disappoint. They started doodling on the canvasses with pentel pens and, it was as if all the people in the exhibit stopped what they were doing just to watch them doodle. The separate canvasses were then put up for sale. Great idea! I whipped out my black Moleskine Cahier and asked them to autograph the cover with a silver pen. Sweet!

Thank you Tina. You're sweet, and your kids too! :D
