Before I blog about what happened in the Be Inspired art exhibit at WCC, I want to write about a group of doodlers (I don’t even know if this is a word!) that I first came across during the 2nd Philippine Blog Awards last month. During the awards, I noticed a blank white [...] One thing great about my church, Word Community Church, are the people in it. Most specially the Young Adults who call themselves WIP or Work in Progress. Under the great discipleship of Joseph Pangilinan, the WIP has organized an art exhibit that will benefit the medical treatment of a fellow churchmate, Jonathan Nambu, who has [...] What a great experience! My photography talk at our church was a success. Thanks to the wonder of a woman Ammi Armas for organizing the whole event. I can’t get a better assistant than my good friend Abel Raule who prepared the food and drinks. My sidekick for the night was, of course, my husband [...] I’ll be speaking in Word Community Church on May 24, 2008 (Saturday) for the church’s Women’s Festival. The title of the talk is “Meaningful Memories: Take Great Pictures of Family and Friends”. The goal is mainly to love whatever camera you own and especially, how to use those 1-3 letter acronyms that no one understands [...] |
